“Overall a good experiencepaying attention to the finishing touches would be helpful. Finishing touches such as: closing & latching engine air filter housing; & securing power steering & brake fluid reservoir caps (versus off and laying of front strut housing). Possibly losing caps and a customer not realizing for weeks till new fluids are compromised is damaging to a reputation & job well done.”
