I’ve been taking my car here for the past two years for my yearly inspection, oil change, and filter replacements. Every visit has been an excellent experience. The team always communicates clearly and provides a link to a detailed inspection report, showing exactly what they’ve checked. If there are any issues, they include it in the report and call me to get authorization before proceeding with any repairs. They break down the prices and seem very honest, which is rare to find in this industry. As someone who doesn’t understand much about cars, their transparency and thoroughness are very reassuring. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest auto repair services.

Called last minute for a nail in my tire. They took me right away, fixed my tire and were super nice and accommodating. Very nice clean place and friendly staff.

I've never felt more comfortable at a repair shop than I do at Shores. Rick & the team have always treated us well. Recently had the transmission go out in my car, and they worked thru the various options with us. When we decided to sell it for scrap, they gave us a great recommendation that turned out to be the best offer we could have received. Can honestly say I fully trust this shop, they are out for great customer service over anything else.

"Shores Car Care" is definitely the place to go for your automotive needs. Whether it be a regular oil change or some major repair, Rick and his team do an excellent job. They take on the task of identifying what the problem is with their expertise and knowledge. It is not always an easy fix, but they are very transparent with communicating their findings with the customer. Good news or bad news, they work with honesty and integrity.
