Excellent service!! Took my 2016 Audi A4 in for an oil change rather than to the Audi dealership and was very pleased with the service provided. So much so that I will return whenever my Audi needs service. Did a complete auto inspection with photos and kept me updated. And the price for all of this was very reasonable. Much less than what I would have paid for the same service at a dealership. And they also have a very comfortable waiting area. Very nice people at Shores Car Care!! They even called me a few days later to make sure everything was good with my car. I’ll be back!!!!

Fixing a check engine light is maddening for car owners and mechanics. Usually its something simple like a loose gas cap or something bad, but my 2005 Mini Cooper was running great. The experts at Shores Car Care took a lot time to find out that the light was coming on because of a software glitch. Just to be clear, imagine what it would be like bringing in a 20 year-old computer to get fixed someplace. What do you think would happen? Theyd tell you to get lost and buy a new computer. The techs at Shores Car Care didnt do that. They rolled up their sleeves and did a lot of testing and research to solve the issue. It turned out to be a minor software glitch, but it had to be fixed. The check engine light can indicate a small problem or a big one. You never know. Im very pleased Shores Car Care took the problem seriously.

I was visiting my friends in the Detroit area. I was driving home to Cleveland, Ohio on Monday morning when my car's belts and crankshaft pulley broke. I lost power steering. Luckily Shores Car Care was able to get me in and fix my car. I have a Subaru WRX STI which is a hard car to work on. But they had no issues with fixing my car. Everyone was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend Shores Car Care.
