Very friendly staff! Carl was helpful and has perfect phone skills ヽ(^○^)ノ . The first three places I called inquiring battery replacement, were either not knowledgeable on my car battery or (Golling Chrysler Dealership) rude. Shores Car Care (Nate) showed my husband everything upfront including costs and how to use autostart, THANK YOU! They even called a few days later to check on everything, fantasic!

I'm always wary of car repair shops, someone has tried to take me for a ride too many times. Shores Car Care was great, start to finish! Polite courteous, professional. They kept me in the loop at all times, the pricing was excellent compared to other places that I've been to that give far less quality service. Excellent service. They kept me posted of the progress. They had to order parts for my foreign car . So much faster than the dealership. I also had the oil changed. So much more reasonably priced. Highly recommend them.
