Great service, reasonable price. I want to keep my vehicle for quite a while and trust them for maintenance and repairs. They are proactive and tell me what needs to be done to keep my Toyota FJ Cruiser running well.

Joe was a tremendous help with all questions and concerns I had. The detail of the services needed were in depth and the actual service was completed in a very timely manner. I will be returning as well as referring friends to use SCC in the future. Great prices and extremely professional.

Competent work

Made an appointment for suspension check on my 2010 Edge with 91, 651 miles on it. Many other items were discovered that had to be fixed. Work was to be done in one day. Took 2 total days due to amount of work that needed repairs. Store even offered to pick me up if I did not have transportation back to the facility when the car was done. Big bill but many repairs and improvements were completed. Rides like a new car now. I feel the difference even driving the short distance (less than one mile) back to my home. Shore Care Care was recommended to me by a close friend who takes his cars there for service. It is close by my home. It I in the Shores which I like to support businesses in our city and so far , I am very pleased with the results. Suggested maintenance repairs were made for the future. Professional attitude towards customers. The facility knows its stuff when it comes to cars. The manager is very committed to service and to an excellent reputation. Try it the next time you need something done to your vehicle.

Great service and help. Have an older Trail Blazer that had the rims keep leaking air. I was told I needed new rims because they couldnt be “sealed” any further. After speaking with Joe he indicated that they should be able to be “sealed” better. After about 1 1/2 hours I have new tires and rims that wont leak any more. Glad I stopped by and will again!! Thank you!!

First and foremost I have to leave a truly positive review on the manager Joe.. to say he was informative is an understatement... to say he was honest in everything that he said is again an understatement... The service and the professionalism that I received was literally better than any other establishment that I've ever been at... I would highly recommend, without question, anybody that has any issue with their vehicle this is the place to go... If you have any reservations about getting your vehicle looked at you can leave that at the door as soon as you talk to the manager Joe...A true professional and as honest as a man you can ask for...a flat out 10 star rating..even though though this site only allowed me to give 5! Lol 😁

i went to shores to have my brakes done and a safety inspection on my car, staff was very nice, they even drove me back to my home so I didn't have to wait in the lobby. I will be going back again. service was great.

I have been going to Shores Car Care for years. They have always been dependable and reasonably priced, even for major repairs. They never try to sell me things I don't need which is great. I highly recommend them!

Was in their this past Tuesday for an oil change and tire rotation. Thought I had to go to dealership for that when owning a lease...NOT TRUE. Compared to a dealership It's like a night and day with price, courtesy and understanding and outstanding customer service. I paid almost 20 dollars less here then going to a dealership. The only con I have is not open on Saturdays at least once a month for half day. Do that and I will change from 4 to 5 stars.
