I had been experiencing vibrations in my gas pedal and the car ever since i took my car to the ford dealership to get an oil change and a tire rotation. Ford told me everything checked out fine and that i would need new tires by the end of winter because my tread was getting low on my back two tires which were rotated to the front. The minute i pulled out of the parking lot my car was SHAKING. Yet my car was fully inspected and nothing was wrong. it took Ford 4 days to return my calls. My car was shaking so much i was getting car sick. I got to take it in finally and they said that i need new tires because they inspected them again and now all of a sudden my tires are warped and need to be replaced and they aren't a full round shape anymore... HOW DOES THAT GET MISSED??? I took my car to Shores Car Care and the gentleman inspected my tires and pointed out to me right away all the bad points on the tires and was very informative. He inspected the air pressure in my other tires as well and noticed they were completely off. Checked my front and back ends to make sure there was no other damage. When i left Shores Car Care not only was my drive completely SMOOTH, but i didn't HEAR my tires or the road anymore. Unless it is mandatory under my warranty with ford i will not be going back there. Shores is my new car care place.
