Very professional and courteous

I had my truck towed to Shores Car Care one night after work once my engine shut off on the freeway. They quickly determined I had water in my gas tank and needed a new fuel pump. Ford sent them a defective pump the first time but they were able to get a new pump quickly. After several days of having the truck they found that a flex fuel sensor was also causing an issue. Once a new sensor replicator was ordered the truck ran like new. They were in constant communication and at no point did I feel like I wasn't being taken care of. I highly recommend these guys for any repairs. I won't go anywhere else.

Great customer service.

My experience was excellent. They fixed my car fast, prices were very reasonable and everyone was amazing to work with. I had it towed to the shop, they fit me in fast and within a couple hours I had a diagnosis and cost. A fantastic experience all the way around!
