The sraff is all so great here they treat you as family they keep you up to date all through the repair process and tell you how they would prioritize the repairs as if it was their own vehicle. I had an app. at Shores Car Care 10-3-2014 for a brake inspection at 2pm.The car was quickly up on the hoist.I wanted to see the Tigers while I waited, but it wasn't part of their package.(cheap) "Nate the Great" managed to get the game on computer.Great service! Soon the inspection was done and the estimate given.The rear brakes were OK,but the front brakes needed to be replaced.I had some questions and was taken out to the shop to see for myself.The front rotors were all rusted an pitted and couldn't be turned.Other problems which needed less immediate attention were shown.Great price!Great job! Great service!!

These guys do a good job, and their best to get you in & get you out. I'll be back there in a week for 1 of my vehicles.
