Brought our Chevy in with some issues and they had it fixed and good to go for us in just a few days. Rick and Matt were both great and communicated with us throughout the repair process. Will definitely be a repeat customer!

Since it's so hard to get a used car these days, or even a used car, we have to keep our current cars going. This place has been good to us, and is fair. It's good to have a place you can trust.

I made an appointment to get a used vehicle inspection. Customer service is awesome. Great and clean establishment. Need some repairs and will take my vehicle back to get serviced.

Good service, full lot of cars and I still got everything I needed done within the day. I dropped off my 2012 Audi A4 in the morning to get the oil changed and a wheel alignment and after I dropped it off I got a few calls to update me on the progress and to recommend a few services my car would need based on the mileage and they got it all done. Affordable, quick and the jobs were done well! Definitely will be taking my car back there for the next service.

I got my 04 Silverado towed there and dealt with Rick . I had some serious wheel issues .. ( rim literally almost fell off). Their mechanics thoroughly diagnosed all the parts needed and Rick also found me a used part that was 1/4 of the money less then a new one would’ve been. They repaired it in a very timely manner and now I’m back on the rode. I highly recommend Shores Auto to anybody looking for a reputable mechanic shop with great customer service and Ricks keeps you informed every step of the repair. And also they washed my truck before I picked it up.

These guys were great! I took my Mini Cooper here with a check engine light on not long before they were closing. They were able to diagnose it that night and ended up being just in need of a flush and oil change. They had my car ready early the next day and didn't overcharge me for any extra things. I would never return to the Mini dealership for care or oil changes. I wish I had found them sooner.
