I was somewhat disappointed with my local car dealership, so I looked for a local business to service my brakes (and a few other repair issues). I read the reviews for Shores Car Care, so I decided to try them. What a difference! I could tell immediately. I felt like I was driving a new car! Thanks" Shores! You did a wonderful and thorough job on my car. I definitely will be coming back to your business. I am 100% satisfied!

Called on Sunday evening, received a phone call 40 minutes before they opened on Monday. Never expected that, sure glad they did. Professional, courteous, and honest. Local business, that makes you feel like a long time friend and family. I’m happy I was referred to your establishment. You have a client for life.

Just wanted to say thank you Rick! Had to push my car into the lot ... Rick and the guys took care of my to the best of their abilities. Will be back soon for some minor repairs. Love this place

Thank you to Rick and the Shores Car Care team for the very quick turn around and excellent work with my vehicle repairs (front & rear brakes, serpentine belt and tensioner). Since I was just visiting the area for only a few days, the fast turn around was very much appreciated! I was very impressed with the diagnostic, communication tool that sent me a text with photos of my vehicle’s issues. The pictures made it easy to see what the problem was without being there in person. To top it off they washed my truck! Loved that!

My car wouldn’t start so I had it towed to Shores Car Care. After diagnostic testing, they discovered a faulty fuel pump. They replaced the fuel pump and the serpentine belt which was also worn. A maintenance inspection revealed other concerns which needed addressing. No doubt I will be bringing my 2001 Chevy Malibu to them for any future servicing. Their knowledge, professionalism, and expertise makes Shores Car Care my “go-to” auto maintenance and repair shop!
