I’ve trusted my now 13 yr old BMW to Shores Car Care for almost 2 years now for regular scheduled maintenance as well as for some unexpected but necessary repairs, both big and small. The staff is always friendly and professional, they always give you your options after the diagnosis, they never do any work without your approval, their pricing is very fair, and they warranty all of their work. They do not try to nickel and dime their customers nor do they try to take advantage of those of us who are not “fluent” in automotive repair. My husband is also impressed with the service Shores Car Care has provided to me and my car and, now that he has permanently relocated to Michigan, he will use Shores Car Care for any service he can’t or doesn’t want to do himself. Joe and his crew are great! They are knowledgeable, professional, friendly and fair. I especially appreciate the used car inspections they do, very helpful in making a decision. They even give a digital report of the results. I highly recommend these guys.
