Great job!!! Driving an older car that I’ve kept maintenance up as of this day. They found out what was wrong with it & fixed it in record time. Hopefully it will stay on the road for another 22 years! My mother has her car serviced there too. Labor costs rise much of everything these day's. It’s good that he doesn’t take your car in until they are ready to work on it, so your automobile will not be sitting outside in the parking lot for days before, like other repair shops in Saint Clair Shores This shop has become a great asset for the Shores we need more reputable companies to come here. Ask for Rick Believe that he’s one of the owners.

Overall a good experiencepaying attention to the finishing touches would be helpful. Finishing touches such as: closing & latching engine air filter housing; & securing power steering & brake fluid reservoir caps (versus off and laying of front strut housing). Possibly losing caps and a customer not realizing for weeks till new fluids are compromised is damaging to a reputation & job well done.

I grew up in Saint Clair Shores so I was familiar with the there. Was having problems with my 2013 Passat. Took it to Shores Care Care. He used his scan tool and said it was the throttle body. I thought his quote was high at first , but considering how complicated cars are nowadays I had him proceed with the work. His diagnosis was spot on, car working great again.
