Rick at the front desk and the rest of the team took great care of me and my vehicle. They seemed to be straight forward about everything. Highly recommend their service as long as it continues to hold up! Don't expect it to be cheap though! I paid $2200 ish for a thermostat housing, intake manifold, valve cover, and ignition coil pack, and general vehicle and brake inspections out the door. It is nice they have financing options I will say.

Excellent service and always so honest. They send you a full inspection report with every oil change so you know what’s going on. Rick up front is always looking out for you.

We took 2 cars there for maintenance work a 2020 SUV and replacing worn out parts and a new starter for an older 2007 Pontiac Vibe that has been a dependable car for years. Both cars were treated with care and all repairs or maintenance work was explained in detail as work proceeded. Great team of caring people and experienced mechanics

HVAC fan not working. Determined to be the fan motor under the dashboard. Fan motor replaced with Mfc OEM. Was kept updated on repair status. Fair/reasonable costs. Definitely recommend Shores Car Care
