The Best Place To Get Your Repairs Done Rick Is Awesome

I was so pleased with the work and the staff at Shores Care Care! I understand they may charge more than some places but the quality is amazing! I also asked about why they still recommend I change my oil every 3000 miles instead of 6000 miles even though it’s synthetic and they explained that my particular engine is very finicky, and I very much appreciated them telling me this when no one else has! I would much rather change my oil, a little more often and keep my engine running! I don’t know a ton about vehicles, but they took all the time to explain things to me. You will always find people that are dissatisfied for goodness knows what reason but these people have been amazing to me. I will definitely be going back.

I got a flyer in the mail from here and thought I would give it a try . Got an oil change and had an air leak in my tire . Belle tire could not find the leak probably because they just sell tires . Took about an hour and a half and I waited in their comfortable waiting area . Good price and the tire is still good so I will be back .

The staff was very knowledgeable about the issues I was having with my car. They called and explained the parts that needed to be replaced. Everyone was very friendly.

Have never used a full service auto repair center and have only taken all my vehicles to the dealership. After a heavy snowfall and freezing rain the wiper arms became disengaged from the motor and couldn't see. Dealership said I could drop it off in 10 days and should have it back in another 2 weeks, ridiculous. Called Shores Car Care, Rick said bring it in and leave it and by the time I got home both wiper arms were re-engaged and adjusted to factory standards and went right back to pick it up. Competitive price, great work and customer service and even a follow up call. Very impressive!

Polite, understanding, prompt, efficient, informative, fair pricing and thorough! No pressure to do any additional repairs, but the comprehensive evaluation (including before and after pictures) was good to know for future maintenance purposes. Customer Care was incredible with phone calls and texts clearly explaining the status and situation. They were able to get my vehicle in almost immediately and had my car back to me right on schedule. The workmanship is top notch. Shores Car Care even has a lovely, clean and quiet lobby if you're waiting for your vehicle and each person is kind, considerate and knowledgeable. It felt like a family member was taking care to answer any questions I had along the way. I will DEFINITELY go back there for any additional care my vehicle may need and I strongly recommend it for anyone needing EXCELLENT service.

Rick is the best and they always do an amazing job. The only place I fully can trust and will only deal with for car troubles. They are efficient and always taking care of you as well as your vehicle. Highly recommend and I’m sure after you do go there, you will recommend as well!
