Guys did a fantastic job with my 13 year old Subaru that I had little expectations for. Running great and worth every penny I spent. I’ll be back again.

They knew my Volkswagen better than anyone else, including the dealership, and the customer service is the best I’ve received anywhere. No surprises, straightforward communication, no talking down to me (a woman), and high quality work. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

This is the first time I took my Mini for service outside the dealership. Shores accommodated me even though I showed up on the wrong day, diagnosed the noise problem and did the repair, returned my car in a day and a half and the charge was very reasonable. I will not hesitate to use them again. And they were very nice to work with.

I have been having my van serviced at Shores Car Care since at least 2013 or 2014, perhaps earlier. I used to live in the Shores and they were convenient. After moving to Fraser, I still returned to the Shores to get my van serviced. I friend asked me why I didn't use a service closer to my new home. I replied that I trust the folks at Shores Car Care Center. They know my van; they know me. My van is old enough to vote and it runs great (174K miles and counting), thanks to their excellent, honest service. They honor their warranties.
