I was very impressed with how clean everything was in the shop and waiting room ! Rick is very professional and knowledgeable. Their pricing is very fair and comparable, if not better than the competition. I was very happy with the service I received, and would highly recommend them. This will be my go to car repair!!!

I’ve been servicing my vehicles here for years ! The staff is very friendly and always get me an appointment asap. Love my new tires and brakes . My car drives like new now. I really like the photos that they send me to show the parts that need to be replaced. Great feature. Prices are very comparable as well. Couldn’t be happier with the work and customer service that Shores provided! Rick was very knowledgeable, and was very willing to work with our schedule and give us the best possible service to my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle that was in the confines of our budget; letting us know what repairs needed to be completed and what could wait. They treated my wife and I like we’ve been friends for years when we’ve only been there twice. Incredible service. Someone was in constant contact with me regarding the status of my vehicle. Upfront and reasonable pricing, especially with the amount of work I had done at this time. I will bring all of my vehicles to Shores Car Care anytime I need quality repairs.

I made Appoiment for service but came in a day earlier by mistake. They said its ok we will handle it. I didn't get work done because of amount of work...more than cars worth but it was very good service. Just a small fee to look it over. I will be back.
