St. Clair Shores Auto Repair

We needed new brakes for our 2007 Silverado and took it to Shores based on reviews. Couldn't have been happier with them! We used their courier service to and from the shop and when we only needed back brakes, they didn't try to sell us the fronts. They also sent a full detailed report complete with pictures. Best repair shop around!

Definitely worth taking your car there if you want your car running right again. They are willing to go far and beyond to show you the diagnosis issues that they are seeing and ensure your safety on the road. Recently, my car had a leak in the steering rack and some other suspension components, but it now drives a lot better than I realized since I bought the car.

The Service Manager Matt was really helpful and concise when explaining each and every repair needed on both of my vehicles and their warranty details. Shores Auto Care also texted me with photos with arrows pointing out specific areas in my engine bay that needed to be addressed. The estimates I received via email were very thorough and issue specific. Also, I have to add that the lobby and shop area looked very clean and tidy. I guess I am old school, but I always observe the shop for organization and cleanliness. So in general, my experience at Shores Auto Care was top notch from customer service to end repair quality.
