Couldn’t be happier with the work and customer service that Shores provided! Rick was very knowledgeable, and was very willing to work with our schedule and give us the best possible service to my vehicle and my wife’s vehicle that was in the confines of our budget; letting us know what repairs needed to be completed and what could wait. They treated my wife and I like we’ve been friends for years when we’ve only been there twice. I made Appoiment for service but came in a day earlier by mistake. They said its ok we will handle it. I didn't get work done because of amount of work...more than cars worth but it was very good service. Just a small fee to look it over. I will be back.

Had the timing belt replaced on my 08 Subaru. It only took them a couple of days. They gave the car a good once over and let me know about some other potential issues, too, without trying to pressure me into getting additional services done. Really good communication throughout the process as well. Will definitely come back.
