St. Clair Shores Auto Repair

Would never think of going anywhere else for car repair or general maintenance. Service received has always been professional. Everyone makes you feel like home. They even offer to drive you to work and pick you up if you need to leave your car and you need to be at work. The hours are beyond perfect. My husband and I both admire the truthfulness regarding services that might be needed and services that must be done to keep you car in running order. We have never been pressured into having repairs done just to satisfy themselves. This is one shop that I would highly recommend to anyone that owns a car.

I first started going to Shores Car Care in the spring of 2011 when I had problems with my 1998 Jetta. Shores was able to help get my Jetta back in good running order. I don't get the high pressure feel from Shores that I do from other local repair shops. The technicians at Shores diagnosed my vehicles problems and offered a few options, and also allowed me some time to consider what would be best for me. They did such great work on that car that now I take my other vehicles there as well.

I started getting my oil changed here over a year ago and have always been pleased with the service. They are friendly, fair and fast!

I had some work done on my truck, a 2005 Tacoma, about a year and a half ago...just recently a problem arose with the same issue, but Joe at Shores Car Care stepped up and corrected the problem, and made me a very happy customer Larry Wolfe customer for about 5 or 6 years with both my cars

I have been using their service for a number of years and have been very satisfied with the work they done. They have always kept me informed on what they are doing and the projected cost and expected completion time for the work. I have never felt that they were trying to push something on me that was not needed. They can be counted on to back up the warranty they place on the work/parts that they do. On the one occasion that a part they replaced failed, they promptly replaced the failed part and did not charge me to the work. I feel it is a good place to do business with.

The service is very good. Friendly family atmosphere. Employers don't try to sell you more than you need, I can go in and receive the service I ask for without any problem. I like that this is a local business and is close to home. I have recommended this to others and hope they are also taking advantage of the great service. The VW certified employees did great work.

Have been going there for awhile.. the service is very good.. and they have worked on my Audi and I always felt good about leaving my car there..they seem to always tell u like it is and not lead you to believe that they can fixit cheap .. that is what I love about coming there..I tell all my friends and family togo there it they need good service.

Shores Car Care fit me in with a same day appointment with hardly any prior notice. Changed my oil quickly, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Very nice people at the front desk, and the mechanics too. Oil change cost was very reasonable. They even offered to drive me home and then pick me back up when the oil change was done. The mechanics finished so quickly it ended up not being necessary. I would definitely recommend Shores Car Care to anyone.

I have been coming to Shores Car Care for years and would not take my car anywhere else. They are very honest and will only do what is needed on your car and their prices are very competitive. They are a family run business and I drive miles from my home to get there because I always know I can trust them to do a great job. I love my Beetle bug and would not want anyone else to work on it.
