I originally chose Shores Car Care out of convenience, since I live just down the street and a referral from a co worker. I'm so glad I did. Very welcoming atmosphere, honest, friendly staff. What I appreciate most is that they explain what is needed and why. Also, they always answer any of my secondary or "how come" questions. Would highly recommend.

They are more then helpful to help out and answer any questions with my vehicle and get things done right.

Had my oil changed on my 2009 Volkswagen Jetta recently. Great job done by the Team at Shores Car Care. Really like the changes to the waiting area too. Very clean, professional, heplful shop, I would highly recommend anyone come here for auto repair and/or maintance.

I took my 2001 VW Jetta in for service and appreciated the repair cost (it was $250 less than what the dealership wanted) and the quick turnaround. I also went there with a coupons and didn't have any problems redeeming it - great job Shores Auto Care! It's nice to find a repair shop that won't overcharge me because I drive a VW...

This is a dream Car Care facility! This is the kind of service I had always looked for but never found. They are honest and don't try finding something wrong with your car just to charge you more money! Case in point: I bought a 1997 Lincoln Towncar and asked them to check it out fix anything it needed. Most places would have a field day and find all kind of things wrong; but the only thing, they said, was wrong was that it just needed new windshield wipers!!! They could have said anything. But didn't! I have been taking my cars to them almost 7 years now; and will have no one else service my cars! Try them and you won't be dissapointed!!!

I have got a few things on my 03 Passat fixed, and they always get right to the point; and try to get me the best deal. I have been to other mechanics in the area, but they always seem to get it wrong, but Shores Car Care diagnosis my car right the first time. I wouldn't take my car anywhere else.
