Your service is excellent! Those who check you in are friendly and know their stuff. By luck we discovered your business when my husband (letter carrier) delivered a post card to one of his customers and decided we should take our VW Rabbit there. Shores Car Care has consistently provided quality service for my vehicles. Recently they were able to squeeze in an inspection & diagnostic of my car even though they already had a full garage, so to speak. They were able to test the issue and perform a temporary fix (my decision not to do a permanent one at the moment) all at no cost to me. They make sure the customer is informed every step of the way, and don't propose unnecessary actions or impose undue costs like many other auto centers. In addition, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

I've been bringing my vw golf here for years. I trust them with my car, they always tell me straight out what may need to be fixed and what to watch. I am a member of the car care club and the coupons and deals keep coming. Today I'm getting An oil change, tires rotated and wipers and it is all covered. The staff is very friendly.
