Have been going there for awhile.. the service is very good.. and they have worked on my Audi and I always felt good about leaving my car there..they seem to always tell u like it is and not lead you to believe that they can fixit cheap .. that is what I love about coming there..I tell all my friends and family togo there it they need good service.

Shores Car Care fit me in with a same day appointment with hardly any prior notice. Changed my oil quickly, and didn't try to sell me a bunch of stuff I didn't need. Very nice people at the front desk, and the mechanics too. Oil change cost was very reasonable. They even offered to drive me home and then pick me back up when the oil change was done. The mechanics finished so quickly it ended up not being necessary. I would definitely recommend Shores Car Care to anyone.

I have been coming to Shores Car Care for years and would not take my car anywhere else. They are very honest and will only do what is needed on your car and their prices are very competitive. They are a family run business and I drive miles from my home to get there because I always know I can trust them to do a great job. I love my Beetle bug and would not want anyone else to work on it. Your service is excellent! Those who check you in are friendly and know their stuff. By luck we discovered your business when my husband (letter carrier) delivered a post card to one of his customers and decided we should take our VW Rabbit there. That was one of the best things we ever did. Thank you continually putting our minds at ease that the work will be done right with no fear of being taken advantage of.

Shores Car Care has consistently provided quality service for my vehicles. Recently they were able to squeeze in an inspection & diagnostic of my car even though they already had a full garage, so to speak. They were able to test the issue and perform a temporary fix (my decision not to do a permanent one at the moment) all at no cost to me. They make sure the customer is informed every step of the way, and don't propose unnecessary actions or impose undue costs like many other auto centers. In addition, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very satisfied with their service. The staff are friendly and they performed my services quickly! The pricing here beats the "quick change" oil places and they seem genuinely concerned with satisfying their customers' needs.
