Shores Car Care has consistently provided quality service for my vehicles. Recently they were able to squeeze in an inspection & diagnostic of my car even though they already had a full garage, so to speak. They were able to test the issue and perform a temporary fix (my decision not to do a permanent one at the moment) all at no cost to me. They make sure the customer is informed every step of the way, and don't propose unnecessary actions or impose undue costs like many other auto centers. In addition, the staff is very friendly and courteous.

Very honest and courteous staff. All repairs were done quickly and as estimated. Highly recommended for foreign car owners whom are tired of the dealership service rip-off.

I've been bringing my vw golf here for years. I trust them with my car, they always tell me straight out what may need to be fixed and what to watch. I am a member of the car care club and the coupons and deals keep coming. Today I'm getting An oil change, tires rotated and wipers and it is all covered. The staff is very friendly.

I took my Jeep in for routine maintenance and they found an issue w/my transmission cooler lines before they even started the work. Then, one of the OEM parts they got was defective. Since it was a Saturday afternoon, they couldn't get a new part. However, on Monday, they promptly drove all the way to Monroe, MI to get the part to fix my Jeep! That is service! I will bring all of my vehicles here. My grandmother used to and now I know why. Nate & John are great to work with - knowledgable and couldn't be more friendly! You have a customer for life in me and I have started to refer all of my family as well! Kudos! I am VERY impressed!

"vehicle inspection" The service I recieved was top notch. Sevice people were pollite and well informed, which is rare in todays auto repair field.

Went in for a simple oil change and it was really fast and the young lady at the front desk was very friendly.Super service too.I will sure come back whenever my car needs anything.
