Excellent BMW service at a great price. I took advantage of their October special offer on brake repairs. They did a complete 4 wheel brake job on my 2015 328 (pads, rotors, fluid change) for about 60% of the dealer quote. Clear and timely email communication regarding projected cost and timeline. Work was completed in one day and their "no Charge" inspection revealed a couple noncritical issues that should be addressed at some point down the road. They picked me up at my home when the car was done. I will certainly return for scheduled maintenance.

Great BMW service. I responded to an October Brake Special flyer we received in the mail. They did a complete 4 wheel brake job (pads, rotors, fluid change) on my 2015 328 for about 60% of the price quote by the dealership. Within an hour after dropping the car off I received an email regarding repairs needed, expected costs, and a projected timeline. They picked me up at my home when the car was ready. Shores Car Care gives a 24 month parts and labor warranty. The dealership warranty is 12 months. I'll certainly return for scheduled maintenance and any repair issues down the road.

I must say my family and I moved to St.Clair Shores and a family member referred Shores Car Care too us. Everything they told us about these guys were true. Great staff, very knowledgeable, and friendly. Rick and Mark told us everything that was going on with out vehicle and priced it out to most important to fix to the least. They don't pressure you in fixing everything at once. These guy's have become out "PERMANENT/ONLY" Mechanic's. I will recommend Shores Car Care to everyone. The name of the company says it all. Thanks again for everything guy's.
