I took my Grand Prix here recently and their service was awesome! I don’t know much about cars, but Rick was very patient with me and explained everything they were doing. They took it one step at a time making sure to try and stay within my budget. Car works great now, no hard idle, no starting issues, and they found other leaks and problems I didn’t know I had. They keep you well updated and informed and what they are doing. I would highly recommend taking your vehicle here :)

Was able to drop the keys in the night drop slot and leave my VW in the lot overnight. Rick was the mechanic who phoned me the next morning with a thorough diagnosis of the engine light warning illuminated on the car. He ordered the part needed and installed within 2 days and a further check revealed another issue which he discussed the pros and cons of a replacement part at a greater expense. I decided not to proceed with that but trusted his advise and received my fixed vehicle later that day with the confidence the work was performed well. My '08 VW runs great now!

Great place for oil changes and tire rotations as they usually run good specials on that combo. 😃

I am ABSOLUTELY ELATED that my car (2011Dodge Avenger) is running BEAUTIFULLY again thanks to Shores car care!!! I was sooo upset and in tears each day getting up early in the morning trying to get to work and my car wouldn't perform correctly barely making it!! They diagnosed the problem and it runs great no lightning bolt on the dash anymore I'm not paranoid to drive it THANK YOU SO MUCH!

What a great bunch of of honest and knowledgeable people. I been to them a few times for different issues and they were able to help me and answer me with any questions I have and not make feel stupid for not understanding what was happening to my car.
