They were great - super fast, professional, and communicated with us every step of the way. I had brakes, rotors, new battery replacement and an oil change done all in a few short hours. Rich was very nice and took his time to explain what was happening with my car. Will definitely be back!

I just got my Truck detailed at this place. Overall on the interior and exterior they did a great job. But they never did Under my hood in the engine bay like they said they would. If ur going to pay $250+ for a detailing you expect it all to get done. UPDATE: They made it right Matt called me... we are getting it done. They do a great job here my mother is also making a appointment with Shores. Good Honest Company.

Shores car care is a reputable business with courteous and professional staff. They are honest, and will not fix something that doesn't need fixing. In my latest experience, they went above and beyond to get everything fixed at an affordable cost. Rick took all of my calls and answered all my questions, and kept me up to date every step of the way. I am very pleased and would recommend them to anyone seeking an honest and thorough car repair experience!

This is a fantastic place to go if you want a trustworthy and honest mechanic. I originally went in to get my breaks done thinking I needed a break job done because I heard a small squeak or possible grinding noise. Come to find out it was just a small plate that was bent. They just bent it back and called me after the inspection. They were not going to change me anything for the work they did and even told me that my breaks had alot of life on them. They definitely could of just done the break job i asked for but instead they were honest with me. That speaks volumes to me. They have gained my trust and will definitely go back for any work I need. Go there and give them a chance.... Trust me you wont be disappointed!!!! Thank you!!!!
